Believe it or not, this is simple a picture of cars and street lamps as I was taking the bus back to Toronto one time.
And it was taking with just my point and shoot.

Day 88

Who needs a BBQ when you have an open fire for three days.
The boyfriend and I were the only people who used the fire for every meal.
We even made breakfast, complete with a bacon and egg sandwich on a toast bagel with a coffee.

Today is a two picture day. One of the process and one of the complete.

After giving the glow stick a shot. We whipped out the sparkler and this is what we came up with
Only one shot, little sparklers just dont last long enough.

Leaving the shutter open for 6 seconds and writing in the air with a glow stick.
I was finally able to write my name in the air.
Only took 13 shots.

We had fireworks over the weekend.
And we also got 'Harry Potter' fire powder. I dont actually remember what it was really called, but thats what we called it, and it turned the flames blue and green.

This entire week has been so crummy and rainy that I have been mainly sharing older pictures.

This was just a random fella skate boarding by the CN Tower and my boyfriend convinced me to stop and take pictures of, and go talk to him. Im not all about talking to people I dont know.

Jelly fish.
Funny little guys, and crazy hard to take a picture of since they are always moving.
When I went to the zoo a little while back I was determined to get a picture of one swimming around in their tank.

The covers alone on these magazine amaze me. It may also be because my career and interests including printing but still, they are pretty cool.

This is a two parter. If you are into Architecture like my boyfriend you will likely know this magazine. I personally this they qualify as a book, but maybe thats just me.

So when blogger was down the other day, it decided to delete two of my posts which now makes me look like I am three days behind but in reality only one.

This is one of the posts that were deleted, I am still trying to figure out what the other was.

'I wanted to steal these and take them home, but because they were about 3/4 of my height and probably weighed a good 500 pounds I decided to take a couple pictures of them instead.'

This is our unofficial pet squirrel that comes to hang out on my boyfriend's balcony.
It usually just sits on the corner and looks out onto the neighbourhood but today he looked right at me and didn't move when I opened the balcony door.

One night a couple months ago I couldn't sleep and I heard the few cars driving over the DVP so I got out of bed decided to take some night time shots.

This is the one that turned out the best in my half minded state.

I saw some really cool eye photography a while back and since we've had rain for almost two weeks now, minus a day, I was trying to take a picture of my own eye all last night.
I realized two things. One, my eye is such a weird colour, it has a potential of making a really cool picture. And two, I need a much stronger lens to achieve the affect I would like.

This was actually suppose to be my Sunday post but I totally forgot.
I went through a phase where whenever I saw earrings at a store that were studs I had to buy them. So because of this I have quite a collection now.

I was a little off this weekend.
But I am back. Here is my photo for Saturday.

I was driving home to my moms one summer afternoon, and I was in the passenger seat so I was able to click away with my point and shoot camera. I can't deny but this shot totally happened by accident. The car was moving and I did want to get both the mirror and the scenery in the shot, but I didnt realize how well they were line up.

I didnt know about it until I uploaded the pictures and I had a big smile on my face.
